    For many years now we have actively pursued a policy of employing Apprentices in our service department. It is our firm believe that to train our own young engineers with the skills necessary to work on the new generation of air compressors, both in-house and on-site specialist knowledge is required which allied with complimentary basic skills training, normally carried out at the local Further Education Institutes we can mould potential great engineers for the future.
